terms
The short version, written to be read.
These terms apply when you use the Modelesk website or app.
Who you are agreeing with
The Modelesk website and app are provided by Modelesk B.V., a company established in the Netherlands. Using either means you accept these terms.
The app is in development
Modelesk has not been released. Anything on this site describes what we are building, not a product you can buy today. Features, pricing and timing may change, and nothing here is a binding promise that a particular feature will ship.
Using Modelesk
- You need to be 13 or older, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You photograph people only where you are allowed to, and with their agreement where that is required.
- You do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or copy the app, or use it to break the law or harass anyone.
Your photos and content
Photos you take with Modelesk are yours. We claim no ownership and no licence over them, and we do not need one — they stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.
Our content
The Modelesk name, mark, app and this website are our intellectual property. You may link to the site freely; copying its design or content wholesale is not permitted.
Pricing
Modelesk is planned to offer a free tier and a paid tier. Prices are not final and are not offered here. When the app is published, the purchase itself runs through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and their refund policies apply.
What we do not guarantee
Modelesk is a coach, not a guarantee. It offers guidance on posing, framing and light; how a photo turns out still depends on you, your camera and the moment. The service is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Ending it
You can stop using Modelesk and delete the app at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting the protections of the consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always here, dated below, and material changes will be announced before they take effect.
